Looks like Mayor Jackson is still enforcing the local laws. Although the state laws trump here, looks like the courts will need to work it out for certain. Thanks a lot, Cleveland and Cuyahoga County :-(

Marie, I thought the whole point of HB347 was to trump enforcing the local laws. How stupid. And let's face it, the city of Cleveland is the place I'm most interested in being allowed to carry. Your city is a crime-infested slum, Mayor Jackson.

That's really great. It seems like a lot of the gun control/anti-self-defense stuff is being rolled back. Remember a couple of years ago when Florida signed in a law that protects people against prosecution if they use deadly force against intruders on their property? There was all kinds of squealing about that from the usual suspects as well.
